Understand your own values and live in a way that is consistent with your values and objectives; feeling that you are part of a larger community; recognizing that spirituality is a personal experience; respecting the values and beliefs of others; and seeking meaning and purpose in your life. Spiritual and emotional changes are two types of changes in man's mental behavior that show some differences between them. Emotions are nothing more than feelings related to worldly life. On the other hand, spiritual feelings are feelings related to supernatural or supernatural life.

Emotional well-being involves the ability to identify, understand and manage our emotions. Our emotions are the direct result of our reasoning or mental perceptions. If we reason or perceive that a situation is negative, we will demonstrate emotions that reflect our perception. Some people sense “the end of the world” and may have a significant emotional reaction.

Others may have a habit of working with their thoughts and perceptions, thus managing their emotions differently. We must learn the lesson of denying the natural mind, emotion and will and placing them under the control of the spirit. On the other hand, emotional feelings lead to agitation of the mind and to the disturbance of mental balance. We must learn the lesson of serving the Lord not by exercising the mind, emotions, or will, but by exercising the spirit to feel something of the Lord.

The determination of whether what one experiences is emotion or spiritual emotion can only be confirmed by an active sixth sense or extrasensory perception (ESP). Tears began to roll down his cheeks, but he didn't notice them, so he was lost in his state of spiritual emotion. An aspiring SSRF candidate, a senior employee of an international bank, remembered his guru and experienced a spiritual thrill as he walked down the street. However, the way a normal Christian acts is to always deny the mind, will, and natural emotions and to take the Lord Jesus as his life.

In the case of a very emotional person, emotion is often confused with spiritual emotion, especially when it appears in a spiritual environment. The Lord demands that you give up the life of emotion, but you have to exercise it more and more. A spiritual person is, on the one hand, very sharp in mind and emotions and, on the other, so strong in will. When spiritual emotion is awakened, at that moment, the usual state of identification with worldly existence is transcended.

A spiritual person is one who is so keen in understanding the mind, so emotional in their love and affection, and so strong in their will.
