Personal focus on physical health and the human body or on psychosocial health and the human mind and spirit can also determine psychological well-being.

However, these statements require more research, especially with regard to a comprehensive and analytical approach to various types of health-related behaviors, different forms of spirituality, and detailed aspects of psychological well-being. More research is also needed to explore other determinants of the choice of university studies, for example, a body of research evidence indicates that spirituality plays an important role in the treatment of medical and psychological conditions (Stanard et al.).
