Physical, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, environmental and social. Let's talk about each of these areas and some key components of health in these areas.
I have experienced this personally, while living in a toxic environment, all other areas of my health were negatively affected. Flexible opportunities to start or complete your degree, improve your career, and enrich yourself personally. If you want to be healthy and successful in all walks of life, you must monitor six components of health from time to time.
